"It looks and tastes like apple cobbler, but the star of this yummy dessert is really zucchini. The zucchini is first cooked in lemon juice until tender. Then it 's sugared, splashed with nutmeg and cinnamon, and spread over a buttery crumb mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish. More crumbs go on top, and then the cobbler is baked until golden and bubbly."
