Sausage & Pepper Rustica (Delicious!!)

I used to LOVE the Olive Garden dish, Sausage and Peppers Rustica, until it was discontinued. I scoured the internet for copycat recipes, and I eventually evolved into my own version which is, dare I say, even MORE delicious than the original!!
