Whole Wheat Pasta With Roasted Shrimp and Cherry Tomatoes
Roasting is a great technique to boost flavor without adding extra oil or calories. The tomatoes start to caramelize during roasting and become almost sweet, and the addition of basil and Romano cheese are yummy with the shrimp. Gourmet Pizza
