Cookies: Aunt Sally’s Cocoa Drops | Submitted By: Gwen Brown

My mother used to make these cookies, they are my all time favorite. She usually frosted them with a white icing. I made them for my children but they usually didn't last long enough to get frosted. Now I make them for my 14 month old granddaughter. They are so soft and so good! I usually double the recipe.

Christmas Recipes: Amazingly Good Eggnog | Submitted By: NATALIESMOM

It's taken me several years to perfect this recipe. Now everyone asks, 'When are you making the eggnog?!!' This uses cooked eggs for safety, and you can use more or less rum to taste. It's a bit of work to make, but well worth it. You'll never buy store-bought eggnog again! Enjoy!

Belgian (Brussels) Waffles

" Finally Got It! " Southern (Un) Buttermilk Biscuits

Biscuits have always eluded me. Short of an overnight in a fabulous bed and breakfast, or an old southern Ma Mae cooking for me, I have, regrettably, been unable to make a delectable biscuit. Until now. No more hockey pucks or withering masses... a flaky, tender, and flavorful pastry awaits you. Tweaking and combining all the "close" attempts and near misses until I got it, I finally have reached biscuit bliss! -- posted by AlmightyMooX
