Peppermint Meringue Cake With Chocolate Buttercream
This was on the December 09 cover of Bon Appetit...it looks amazing. It is a challenging recipe, as to be expected with Bon Appetit. The end result is beautiful. A lot of these things are "do ahead" friendly as noted in the directions. This is not a quick fix but it will put your crowd in awe.
